Terms of Service
The plain-language rules for buying and using a Think Stick.
Effective date: July 3, 2026. Plain-language draft prepared for launch; have an attorney review before high-volume sales.
What you are buying
Think Stick is a USB drive preloaded with offline AI software. You own the physical drive and receive a personal license to use the bundled software and AI models on it. Open-source components remain under their own licenses (see Open source).
What Think Stick is not
Think Stick is a general-information assistant. It can be wrong, and it is not a substitute for medical care, emergency services, poison control, professional safety training, legal advice, financial advice, or official public-health guidance. Never rely on it to identify wild plants, mushrooms, or anything else you plan to eat. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Stick and its creators are not liable for damages arising from use of the product, including reliance on AI-generated answers. Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
Acceptable use
Do not use Think Stick for unlawful purposes. You may resell your physical stick; wipe personal data first.
Warranty
Drives carry a 1-year warranty against hardware defects. Software is provided as-is; the built-in Repair tools restore a damaged installation.
